Batch Summary

The Batch Summary tab displays every existing batch and a summary of the amounts and students in each batch. Click on the Summary tab and then click Calculate.

It displays:

Number of transactions in the batch
Total Debit transactions in the batch
Total Credit transactions in the batch
Total Balance of the transaction
Number of students with transactions in the batch
Number of non-student transactions in the batch

Click Export to export the contents of the grid to the folder defined as the document directory in your CAMS Enterprise user profile. The exported file may be opened with Microsoft Excel.
