Constituent Groups

The Constituent Groups tab is accessed from the CAMS Enterprise Home page by clicking Development >Constituent >Change Profile >Groups tab. It is used to further identify and categorize the constituent. Data input into these fields allows you to later filter records for particular reports and mailings, thus targeting and profiling specific constituent groups.

Available fields are as follows:

• Primary Code – (Glossary: USER DEF CODE 1)
• Secondary Code – (Glossary: USER DEF CODE 2)  
• Tertiary Code – (Glossary: USER DEF CODE 3)  
• Mail Code – (Glossary: MAILING CODE)  
• Planned Giving Code – (Glossary: PLANNED GIFT TYPE)
