Constituent Interests

Use the constituent interest tab to track constituent interests. Data input in these fields allows you to later filter records for particular reports and mailings, thus targeting and profiling constituents based on interests.

To add constituent interests:

  1. Access the Constituent Interests window by clicking Development >Constituent >Constituent Profile >Interest tab.
  2. Select the appropriate interest Category (Activity Category glossary table).
  3. Select the appropriate interest (Constituent Interest glossary table).
  4. If the interest is a subscription, you may enter the subscription end date and quantity, along with notes, if desired.
  5. Click Add to save, or Cancel to exit without saving.
