Catalog Maintenance

The Catalog Maintenance form is used to make necessary changes to the catalog courses. When making changes however, do keep in mind that these courses are referenced for such processes as checking for course prerequisites and course equivalents. Thus when making changes, do so carefully as to not disrupt any of these processes.

To edit a catalog course:

  1. Open the Catalog Maintenance form by clicking Registration >Catalog >Maintenance.
  2. Choose the catalog term you wish to view or edit.
  3. Double-click the course to be changed.
  4. Make appropriate changes and click Update to save changes.
