Grade Entry
The Grade Entry screen records midterm and final grades for all students
enrolled for the selected course. It is the source for transcript grades
as found in the transcript maintenance screen.
Grade values themselves are defined in the Custom
Grades table. They can be custom tailored to your institution's needs
if necessary. Many institutions use, as well, the standard values supplied
by CAMS. These values must be in place before Grade Entry can take place.
Grade choices available for students are based upon that student's grade
catalog. A blank value here conforms to the system default which is CAMS's
standard grade system.
