Student Achievement BYOR

Use Student Achievement BYOR to report on student achievements by name, by term, or by category. Achievements are added and maintained through Housing >Student Achievement window. These can be used to track achievements, accomplishments, and special awards earned by the student. Achievements can be recognition for academic excellence, community service, physical fitness, leadership, and much more.

To generate Student Achievement reports:

1. Click Housing >Reports >Student Achievement BYOR. The window opens with Criteria 1 tab displayed.
2. Select appropriate criteria to use in report generation.
3. Click the Report tab. Available formats include:

• List by name - alpha by student last name sort
• List by term - ascending by term sort
• List by category - alpha by category sort

4. Select the report format to display, and then click Print to open the report viewer and display the report.
