Prospect User Defined Fields

In addition to the many data fields already available, CAMS also provides several User Defined fields which can be used to capture other data about prospects and students. The labels to these fields are configured according to your institution within the CAMS Manager module. Any information captured in the prospect area may be copied forward to the student area if desired.

Note: These fields share the same labels as the Prospect User Defined Fields. Once the label is changed in either the Student or Prospect module it will be the same in both.

To access the User Defined fields in the prospect area click Admissions >Prospects >Add or Change Prospect >Prospect Maintenance window >Awards tab >User Defined button.

Following are the User Defined Fields available:

3 Glossary lookup fields
3 Free format text fields (50 characters maximum each)
3 Date fields
3 Number fields
3 Money fields
3 Logical fields (Yes/No or True/False)
3 Memo fields (2000 characters maximum each)
