Term Offering Setup Options

The Offering Setup Options form provides two alternatives in creating a new term offering: 1) copy a complete master catalog or 2)  copy a complete existing catalog term into the designated new term. The term into which the course material is copied must be new; preexisting terms will generate a user notification that the utility will not append to existing records. Courses can also be copied through the Setup of Term Cost Centers.

To create a new term offering:

  1. Open the Offering Setup Options form with Registration >Offering >Setup >Offering.
  2. Select either the "Copy from Master List" or "Copy from Catalog Term" as the content source.
  3. Click Generate.

Note: Adding courses from this location will add the entire listing in either Master List or Catalog. If you wish to add only selected courses or to copy a term offering from one term to another, see Adding Courses to Offering Maintenance.
