Correspondence Email Setup

Email templates must be defined before they can be utilized in the Correspondence reports. This is done in the CAMS Manager module. Defining email templates is a twofold process. First, it will be necessary to Define Email Template Groups and second, templates are added to the groups in the Define Email Templates form.

Important facts:

SMTP Server must be setup and running on the IIS Server for email to be sent.
Bad Email does not return an error. You must look at the MailRoot\BadMail subdirectory for any returned or undeliverable email messages.
Each recipient will be sent a separate email, not a blind carbon copy list.
All activities will be marked as completed after completion of all selected records being processed.
