Offering Maintenance

The Offering Maintenance forms are used to set up and maintain your term offerings. Typically, these courses are extracted from Master Courses or copied from previous terms. Prior to setting up the Course Offering, it is necessary to first have these items in place:

• Course Master:  Courses must exist in the Course Master if they are to be copied to the term offering or be used in the assignment of Prerequisites and Co-requisites.
• Offering Setup: At a minimum, the Cost Centers and Refund Schedules must be defined in the respective reference and glossary tables, as they are required fields when creating term courses.

From the Offering Maintenance window, you will be able to:

• Add/modify a course in Registration Offering Maintenance.
• View details of a course.
• GPA Grouping hierarchy.
• Maintain a Book List for each course.
• View the course Waiting List.
• Add Course Fees.
• Assign Faculty.
• Assign Classrooms and define class Schedules.
• Assign Classrooms, Days, Times, and Faculty for Flexible Schedule Course.
